Last Race of the Year

Bring 2010 into Port, our December 31, 2009, Celebration

Lace up your running shoes and participate in the Last Race of the Year!

The foot race will begin at 5 p.m. at Park Place on upper West Street, proceed along West Street and around Church Circle, and then down Main Street, finishing at the bottom of Main Street.

The preregistration entry fee is $25 and runners will receive a New Year's Annapolis event badge ($15 value), a New Balance Running Shirt and a coupon for a free Pain Killer at Pusser's!

You may sign up for the Race in person and pick up your Badge and race packet at Fleet Feet Sports Annapolis, 318 Sixth Street, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on December 31. Online Race registration closed on Wednesday, December 30.

Note: Runners will be asked to sign this waiver: "I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I understand that I should not participate unless medically able. I assume all risks associated with involvement with this activity, including, but not limited to falls, the effects of weather, including high heat humidity, the conditions of the track and/or road, traffic on the course, and all risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver or release, knowing these facts and in consideration of my acceptance into this race, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all sponsors and host, and their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from involvement in this activity.
